Refund policy

Returns

If you have received a damaged , un-satisfied product/s no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end we will replace the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and subject to inspection and approval by our team - if products are or the packing are found to be damaged / not eligible for a refund. Refunds are proceeded within 1-5 working days of receiving the
product in our ware house.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
To return your product, you should drop a mail to hoopcatfashion@gmail.com , we will get back to you for the reverse pickup process. Please note: customer have to bear reverse pickup cost of Rs 60 for up to 3 items and Rs 120 for more than 3 items as the process is very costly for us.
